HOME ABOUT US EXHIBITIONS AUCTIONS ARTISTS
2 - 14 JULY 2006
Hours Monday to Friday 10 - 5, Sunday 2 - 5 (during exhibitions only).
Since his exhibition with us in 1999 he has gone on to bigger and better things.
He has been the Invited Artist at the New English Art Club exhibition, an award winner at The Royal Institute of Oil Painters, was Highly Commended at the BP Portrait Awards and was the MCC’s official artist for the 2001 cricket tour of Pakistan.
Lucky for us he likes to occasionally escape the Northern winter and visited Perth, November to December 2005. These works were painted then, on site from the subject, even the large works. Botting believes this “en plein air” approach is the best way to capture the essence of his subject.
